By using The Lazy Brewing ('the App'), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and all related policies. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
The App provides coffee brew logging, bean profile management, AI-powered brewing suggestions, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service at any time without prior notice.
All AI brewing suggestions provided by the App (including both the free tier and paid tier) are automatically generated by artificial intelligence models and are provided for informational and reference purposes only. They do not constitute professional barista advice, expert recommendations, or any form of guarantee. Regardless of whether you use the free tier (basic AI) or the paid tier (advanced AI), suggestions may contain errors, inaccuracies, or may not be suitable for your specific coffee beans, equipment, personal taste preferences, or brewing conditions. The Company makes no warranty that any AI suggestion will achieve any particular flavour, quality, or brewing outcome. You assume all risks arising from acting on AI suggestions, including but not limited to: unsatisfactory brew results, wasted coffee beans, equipment damage, burns or injuries from hot liquids or steam, and any other financial or personal losses. The Company shall not be liable for any such outcomes under any circumstances.
Each user receives 3 free AI brewing suggestions per day. Once the daily free allowance is exhausted, users may choose to watch a short rewarded video advertisement to unlock 1 additional use per ad viewed. The free allowance resets daily at midnight (Hong Kong Time). The rewarded advertisement feature is subject to approval by the relevant advertising platforms and will be activated once such approval is granted. The Company reserves the right to adjust the free allowance and advertising mechanism at any time, with notice provided within the App. Advertisement content is provided by third-party advertising networks. The Company makes no representations regarding the accuracy, legality, or suitability of any advertisement content, and accepts no liability for any loss arising therefrom. Watching advertisements is entirely voluntary.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Brew records and related content you create within the App remain your personal property. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We will not use your personal brewing data for commercial purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its developers, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, however arising, including but not limited to losses resulting from: use of or inability to use the App; reliance on AI-generated suggestions (whether free or paid); advertisement content; or any third-party services. You use the App entirely at your own risk.
The App is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the App. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

每位用戶每日可免費使用 AI 沖煮建議功能 3 次。免費次數用完後，用戶可選擇觀看短片廣告以解鎖額外使用次數，每次觀看廣告可獲得 1 次額外使用機會。每日免費額度於香港時間凌晨 12 時重置。 廣告功能須待相關廣告平台審批通過後方可啟用，實際上線時間視乎審批進度而定。本公司保留調整免費額度及廣告機制的權利，並會於 App 內通知用戶。 廣告內容由第三方廣告服務商提供，本公司對廣告內容的準確性、合法性或適用性不作任何保證，亦不對因廣告內容引致的任何損失負責。觀看廣告屬用戶自願行為。
你有責任保持帳號資料的準確性及保密登入憑證。任何在你帳號下發生的活動，你均需負責。如發現未經授權的使用，請立即通知我們。
你在 App 內創建的沖煮記錄及相關資料屬於你的個人資產。你授予我們處理這些資料以提供服務的有限許可，我們不會將你的個人沖煮資料用於商業目的。
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，本公司及其開發者、合作夥伴對於任何直接、間接、附帶、特殊、後果性或懲罰性損害概不負責，無論損害如何產生，包括但不限於因使用或無法使用本 App、AI 建議結果、廣告內容或第三方服務而導致的損失。 用戶使用本 App 的一切風險由用戶本人承擔。
本 App 按「現狀」及「現有」基礎提供，不附帶任何明示或暗示的保證，包括但不限於適銷性、特定用途適用性或不侵權的保證。我們不保證服務不中斷、無錯誤或符合你的期望。
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。任何因本條款或本 App 使用所產生的爭議，雙方同意提交香港法院專屬管轄。

本アプリはコーヒー抽出の記録、コーヒー豆の管理、AIによる抽出提案などの機能を提供します。当社は事前通知なく、いつでもサービスの変更、停止、または終了する権利を留保します。
本アプリが提供するAI抽出提案（無料版・有料版を含む）はAIモデルによって自動生成されたものであり、参考情報としてのみ提供されます。いかなる形の専門的助言や保証を構成するものではありません。 無料版（基本AI）または有料版（高精度AI）のいずれを利用した場合も、提案内容に誤りや不正確さが含まれる場合があります。特定のコーヒー豆、器具、または好みに適合することを保証するものではありません。 AI提案の採用によって生じる一切のリスク（期待外れの抽出結果、コーヒー豆の損失、器具の損傷、高温液体による火傷等）はユーザー自身が負うものとし、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
各ユーザーは1日あたりAI抽出提案を3回まで無料でご利用いただけます。無料枠を使い切った後は、短編動画広告を視聴することで追加の利用回数（1回）を獲得できます。無料枠は毎日深夜0時（日本時間）にリセットされます。 広告機能は、関連広告プラットフォームの審査承認後に有効化される予定であり、実際の提供開始時期は審査の進捗によります。当社は無料枠および広告の仕組みを変更する権利を留保します。 広告内容は第三者広告事業者が提供するものであり、その正確性・合法性について当社は保証しません。広告視聴はユーザーの任意によるものです。
適用法令が許可する最大限の範囲において、当社はAI提案の利用、広告コンテンツ、または第三者サービスから生じるいかなる直接的・間接的・付随的・結果的損害についても責任を負いません。本アプリの利用はユーザー自身のリスクで行うものとします。
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。
本規約は随時更新される場合があります。本アプリの継続利用により、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
